Guests receive a full refund if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before check-in.

Guests also receive a full refund if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of booking, as long as the booking was made at least 14 days before check-in.

If the reservation is canceled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount is refundable.

If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before check-in, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
These timeframes are applied consistently to all bookings. If a cancellation is needed, please make sure it is submitted within the appropriate window to receive the corresponding refund amount.
