Cancellation Policy (Firm)

Gruene Hideaway Guest House follows a Firm cancellation policy for direct bookings:

  • Full refund if canceled 30+ days before check-in

  • Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking, as long as the booking was made at least 14 days before check-in

  • 50% refund if canceled 7–30 days before check-in

  • No refund if canceled less than 7 days before check-in
